Greetings Newgrounders!
ESP Animation is looking for Flash GAME Developers (preferably someone who can both code and animate/create graphics). We have a few projects that need to be completed within the next 2 months. Just to make it clear, these developers will be paid handsomely... at least semi-handsomely, lol. If you're a developer, freelancer, or whatnot, and you're interested, send me a PM and let's get something started.

Hey Esp, I am flash artist , although I can code basic games. So how complicated would these Game ideas be?
Not too complicated. If you are comfortable with basic timeline navigation, buttons, and movieclips; That should be efficient knowledge.

I don't think you'll find anyone decent that can both program and animate efficiently, so you're looking to hire two people here.
What exactly does the work involve? How complicated are these projects and what is your budget? I ask because a lot of people come in thinking that a $500 budget would be enough to have custom game developed or something, when that probably would only cover art.

The projects aren't too complicated. If the person is primarily an artist, but knows enough code to make a working game, that should work. The games aren't too difficult to program; Working knowledge of the timeline from all areas within the game, making buttons, and making hitTests should be sufficient.
You are right about budget though; I'm not under the impression that someone would do it for $500, so, I am offering a bit more. I can give you more details in a PM though.
